Lisle International is pleased to unveil more licensed partners for the globally successful digital property Temple Run™; with merchandise already available for Apparel and core categories including, Accessories, Bags, Magazines and Annuals to arrive in market soon.
In addition Forbidden Planet will launch early September with a Temple Run™ merchandise range covering Apparel, Bags, Gift and Novelty. With this cult merchandise retailer being the perfect store for the core UK Temple Run user, it is expected to see swift sales for the key ranges and people wearing Temple run T-shirts and more within the next few weeks.
A further new worldwide deal will bring National Geographic Temple Run™ books to the UK. National Geographic will launch a series non-fiction exploration-style, Temple Run™ books in Q4 of 2014. The books will focus on the mysterious and symbolic places across the globe that could, in the digital, fictional world make ideal backdrops to the Temple Run™ Series.
Gayle Tarrant from Lisle International commented:
“The new partners are perfect both for the Temple Run™ license as they have great synergy with the brand and also for the players of the game itself as the crossover of audience is obvious. With these new partners we will provide an opportunity for fans to continue the experience of Temple Run™ beyond the game.”
“Temple Run™ has been cited as part of the revolution in gaming and has demonstrated its longevity and popularity by remaining in the top 20 iTunes mobile games since 2011. Imangi have great plans for the brand going forward and with many opportunities still to be had with the licensing programme now is a great time to be involved.”
News of the new deals comes following a recent announcement that the six-time Olympic Gold Medallist and world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt is the latest playable character in Temple Run 2™.
