Francesca has previously worked for Dolci Preziosi in Spain on licensed confectionery lines for brands such as Disney & WWE, & then in the International Sales team for Santoro who are in the gift & greetings category. Francesca is one of the founding directors of Lisle Licensing in 2010. In 2020 she became the Managing director of the business.
